The Shepherdstown Visitors Center is tasked with attracting visitors to the historic
town of Shepherdstown, WV. Located a little more than an hour from Washington, DC,
Shepherdstown is a popular destination for those looking to get away from the big city
for a day or two. The problem was that traditional methods provided limited results.
This little town chartered in 1762 had to join the 21st century by creating a website.

TechMethods, located in Shepherdstown, was the obvious choice for the Visitor's Center.
We designed a clean, professional site including a web based interface that allows the
all-volunteer staff to easily update the site. The ShepherdstownVisitorsCenter.com
provides listings of businesses & services, attractions, an event calendar, current
weather, and a sophisticated search engine that helps users easily find what they are
looking for, all of which enhances the experience of visiting Shepherdstown, WV.
